Rekinect Health

Our Services

Chiropractic

For effective treatment of musculoskeletal problems

Traditional chiropractic treatment focuses on spinal alignment and joint manipulation to provide rapid, but temporary pain relief. We take a more comprehensive approach, integrating exercise and rehab to help you build long-term resilience.

Our chiropractors offer expert diagnosis, treatment for acute pain and chronic conditions, and recovery plans that work around your needs and lifestyle.

Massage

For reducing muscle tension and accelerating recovery

Massage therapy involves skilled manipulation of muscles, ligaments and tendons. By applying the perfect amount of pressure in the right spot, massage can relieve tension and reduce pain.

Targeted tissue manipulation helps the body respond better to exercise and rehab. We include it in our recovery plans to make sure your muscles and joints work together as you build strength and range of movement.

Pilates

For building back strength, flexibility and control

Pilates is a movement system that retrains the small stabilising muscles that support your joints and spine. The low-impact nature makes Pilates especially useful in helping your body relearn how to load, rotate and stabilise safely after pain or injury.

We offer clinician-led, solo and small group Pilates classes. Each programme is designed to help you build the strength and control you need to maintain your recovery long-term.

Our approach to health

Most people come to us in pain - that’s normally a sign that something in your body has been overloaded, under-conditioned or sensitised for too long. We know how important it is to get the pain under control, and we work on that early in our treatment plans, but our goal is to help you build strength and control so you’re less reliant on treatment for the future.

Quality recovery is a joint effort. Working together we’ll identify what’s causing your pain and design a recovery plan that fits your lifestyle. We look at how you work, how you train, how often you load your body, even how you sleep. We then combine hands-on care, graded movement and practical lifestyle adjustments to move you from pain relief, through restoring function, to building long-term resilience.

You’ll feel calmer, stronger, and more confident in your body.

  • At Rekinect Health we combine hands-on treatment with movement-based rehabilitation to help you recover from pain, restore function and build long-term resilience.

Our services include chiropractic care for joint and spinal problems, massage therapy to reduce muscle tension and support recovery, and Clinical Pilates to rebuild strength, stability and control after injury.

Each recovery plan is built around a detailed assessment so treatment can evolve as your body improves. Learn more in ‘Services’.

  • If you’re unsure where to start, we’re happy to help. Many people aren’t sure whether physiotherapy, osteopathy or chiropractic care would be the most appropriate option for their situation.

Instead of trying to figure this out on your own, we’re happy to talk it through with you. We can help you decide whether our approach would suit your needs, or point you toward the most appropriate next step.

Why not book a free 10-minute phone call to discuss your symptoms, goals and recent history.

Alternatively, feel free to contact the clinic directly and we’ll help guide you.

  • No referral is required; just book directly with the clinic.

Your first appointment begins with a discussion about your symptoms, medical history, lifestyle and goals. We then carry out a physical assessment of movement, strength and joint function to understand what may be contributing to your problem.

Once we’ve explained our findings, we’ll outline the most appropriate next steps for your recovery. In many cases, treatment may begin during the same session (if appropriate). If further investigation or specialist care is needed, we will help guide you to the most appropriate clinician.

  • Recovery timelines vary because every person’s body, history and goals are different. Some people notice improvement within a few sessions, while others benefit from a structured programme over several weeks.

After your assessment we’ll explain what we’ve found, what stage of recovery you’re in, and outline a clear plan to help you progress safely.

Our goal is not to keep you coming indefinitely, but to help you recover efficiently and build the strength and resilience needed to stay well.

See ‘our approach to care’ above for more information.

  • Some services may be covered by private health insurance depending on your provider and policy.

Policies generally fall into two categories: pay-and-claim (cash plans), where you pay for treatment and reclaim the cost from your insurer, or direct billing policies, where the insurer authorises treatment and pays the clinic directly.

If your policy requires authorisation, please contact your insurer before booking and ensure the authorisation is issued for the clinic and treating clinician. Please also have your policy number and authorisation number ready when booking.

If your policy includes an excess, this must usually be paid before treatment begins. Delays or issues with authorisation or insurer payments may require the patient to cover the cost of treatment until the claim is resolved.

Full guidance on insurance types, required information and coverage limitations can be found in our clinic policies.

  • The easiest way to manage appointments is through our online booking system, where you can book, reschedule or cancel appointments.

For general enquiries, you can contact the clinic by:

    • Email or contact form – best for non-urgent queries (responses typically within 1–2 working days)
