Rekinect Health was built around a simple idea…
that care should be structured, clear and cohesive.
Welcome to Rekinect Health!
I stepped up to run this clinic in 2025 after eight years of professional practice across London and the North West. I’ve dreamt about running my own clinic for years so when the opportunity arose to take over Align Spinal Health I already knew what direction I wanted to take the business in.
I wanted to establish a musculoskeletal healthcare option that focuses on developing long-term resilience. I wanted to support patients with clear, bespoke recovery plans. And I wanted to run a clinic that didn’t feel clinical.
If you’re a returning patient, I’m grateful for your support and I hope you enjoy the new look. If you’re a new patient or just want to know a bit more about the business, please reach out to me or one of the team.
Looking forward to seeing you soon!
Amy
Meet the Rekinect Health team…
Amy graduated with a Master of Science in Chiropractic (Merit) from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic in 2018. She has since worked in diverse clinical settings, from central London to rural Wales, before settling in the North West. In 2025 Amy set up her own clinical business, Rekinect Health, allowing her to practice in the way she believes in - delivering structured, clear and cohesive care.
Amy is a member of the International Federation of Sports Chiropractic (FICS), and with Rekinect Health she brings sports medicine principles into a smaller clinic setting where patients can receive complete and bespoke care. Her clinical interests include instability, headaches, sports injuries, and supporting active individuals in conditioning their bodies to meet the demands of their lifestyle. Alongside chiropractic care, Amy offers both 1:1 Clinical Pilates and group Pilates classes.
Working with Amy is a collaborative process. Together, you’ll identify the root cause of your symptoms, define your goals, and build a treatment plan that fits your life and supports lasting results.
When she’s not in clinic, Amy enjoys sitting quietly with a book and embracing her inner introvert. She also dedicates serious time to her side job as a full-time plant mum (and part-time plant revival specialist). On days when she ventures outdoors, you’ll likely find her riding horses, hiking, practicing Pilates, lifting weights, or rehabbing herself from whichever of those activities went slightly too far!

Charlotte’s journey into Sports Massage began after years of working in a full‑time desk‑based role, where she experienced first‑hand the tight hips, shoulders, neck pain and postural tension that so many office‑based clients struggle with. Alongside this, she has over a decade of experience in weight training and has competed in multiple bodybuilding shows across three seasons, giving her a practical understanding of how the body moves, performs and responds to physical stress.
Her own search for relief from muscular tension and training‑related discomfort led her to qualify as a Level 3 Sports Massage Therapist. Charlotte combines her personal experience with professional training to support clients in easing tension, improving mobility and restoring comfortable movement. She has a particular interest in helping individuals with desk‑related tightness, postural strain and movement restrictions, drawing on her lived experience to offer empathetic and effective treatment.
With a strong background in strength training, Charlotte understands the importance of recovery not only for performance, but for everyday wellbeing. Her approach is movement‑focused and client‑centred, aiming to help people feel more at ease in their bodies and confident in how they move.
Outside of the clinic, Charlotte enjoys exploring Manchester’s best pastries, sweet treats and coffee spots - embracing the balance between movement, recovery and the small joys of daily life. She’s also always trying her hand at a new hobby, most recently ice hockey or rock climbing, bringing the same curiosity and enthusiasm she brings to her work.
