Rekinect Health

Our approach to health

Most people come to us in pain - that’s normally a sign that something in your body has been overloaded, under-conditioned or ignored for too long. We know how important it is to get the pain under control, and we work on that early in our treatment plans, but we don’t stop there.

Quality recovery is a joint effort and we take that seriously. Working together, we identify what’s causing your pain and design a recovery plan that fits your lifestyle. We look at how you work, how you train, how often you load your body, even how you sleep. We then combine hands-on care, graded movement and practical lifestyle adjustments to move you from pain relief, through restoring function, to building long-term resilience.

You’ll leave with an understanding and confidence of your body, better than when you arrived.

Our Services

Whether you’re dealing with a sports injury or something that’s been nagging for years, we’ll find out what’s actually going on.

Chiropractic

For effective treatment of musculoskeletal problems

Traditional chiropractic treatment focuses on spinal alignment and joint manipulation to provide rapid, but temporary pain relief. We take a more comprehensive approach, integrating exercise and rehab to help you build long-term resilience.

Our chiropractors offer expert diagnosis, treatment for acute pain and chronic conditions, and recovery plans that work around your needs and lifestyle.

Massage

For enhancing recovery through relief of tension

Massage therapy involves skilled manipulation of muscles, ligaments and tendons. By applying the perfect amount of pressure in the right spot, massage can relieve tension and reduce pain.

Targeted tissue manipulation helps the body respond better to exercise and rehab. We include it in our recovery plans to make sure your muscles and joints work together as you build strength and range of movement.

Pilates

For building back strength, flexibility and control

Pilates is a movement system that retrains the small stabilising muscles that support your joints and spine. The low-impact nature makes Pilates especially useful in helping your body relearn how to load, rotate and stabilise safely after pain or injury.

We offer clinician-led, solo and small group Pilates classes. Each programme is designed to help you build the strength and control you need to maintain your recovery long-term.

“I can’t say enough great things about Amy!

What really sets her apart is how much she genuinely cares about her patients’ well-being. She doesn’t just treat symptoms; she focuses on long-term health and gives practical advice for maintaining progress outside the office.”
