The Clinic

Rekinect Health is located at the very end of Longstone Road, Heald Green, Manchester, inside Willstream House (Train CrossFit Gym building).

  • Driving

    Important:
    Your Sat-Navs and What3Words often stop people in the middle of Longstone Road.
    Please ignore your satnavs and continue all the way to the bottom of Longstone Road.

    You’ll pass (in order):

    • The Flying Horse pub — on your left

    • The Sheen Garden — on your right

    • HealthXchange Pharmacy and My Claim Group (within Ashbrook Offices) — on your left

    Continue past all of these to the very end of the road.

    You’re looking for Willstream House / Train CrossFit Gym.

  • Turn right into the Train CrossFit car park.

    We have ample parking at the gym. Should the gym carpark be busy, there is on street parking available outside the gym on Longstone Road.

  • Entering the Building

    1. Walk to the main glass entrance doors.

    2. Go straight ahead to the stairs / lift lobby.

    3. The clinic is in the physio room on the first floor.


    Checking In

    Please scan the QR code to sign in.
    This alerts your therapist that you’ve arrived.

    Take a seat in the corridor waiting area and we’ll come out to collect you shortly.

Please Note

There is no vehicle access through the Heald Green Train Station car park.
Access from that side is pedestrian only.

 

The Classes

Please note:
Classes at this venue are not held at the Rekinect Health clinic.

  • They take place at a separate nearby location:

    Heald Green Methodist Church
    Brown Lane, Heald Green, Cheadle
    SK8 3RR

    • Approximately 3 minutes’ drive from the clinic

    • Around 10 minutes’ walk from the clinic

    This venue is close to Rekinect Health, but it is not on the same premises.

    Access is via a single-lane road off the left side of the church. Follow this lane through to the rear car park.

  • Ample parking is available. Please park in marked bays only.

    Access to the carpark and the class venue is via a single-lane road off the left side of the church. Follow this lane through to the rear car park.

  • Classes are held in the church extension.

    Please enter via the wooden doors accessed from the car park side (not the main front church entrance).

    Head straight through the lobby and the entrance to the class is on the left of the ladies toilet.

Arrival & Attendance Policy

Attendance is marked from the time you arrive on the premises.

For safety and continuity of the session, entry to the class cannot be granted once the warm-up has begun.
Please allow enough time for parking and walking to the extension so you can start with the group.
